Registered Massage Therapy

We are passionate about discovering holistic ways to address pain and dysfunction in the body using a variety of techniques from Swedish relaxation methods, myofascial release, joint mobilizations and both passive and active stretching, leaving the body feeling an increased sense of wellness and mobility. We are always wanting to learn and grow to bring new techniques to the table.

Marilee Cherris-Wilding

Marilee graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in August of 2019. During her clinical internship at VCMT Marilee had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients from athletes at the LuluLemon Seawheeze marathon to prenatal treatments in the student clinic. Marilee is passionate about assisting patients on their path to health and wellness and believes emphatically in the benefits of massage therapy to bring about increased mobility, relaxation and function to the body. Patients can expect to be provided with physical exercises to compliment their massage therapy treatments as well as exercises in grounding and breathing. Marilee is excited about working collaboratively with each client as individuals. Marilee comes from a background in health care and has had the utmost privilege to serve as a birth doula, ushering new life into the world. Treatment techniques include Swedish relaxation, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, joint mobilizations, and both active and passive stretching. Marilee is excited to continue to build on her skills as a practitioner and will never stop learning and evolving within this amazing practice of Massage Therapy.
